The Art of Healing Isn't Hard to Master
Take it from someone who practices self-hypnosis on a daily basis: it can be easy to reframe our thinking in order to make positive changes to our life. We have been programmed since a very young age to think that change is HARD, but it doesn’t have to be hard with hypnosis! Hypnosis itself is a change in perspective; it is a natural state of mind where our inner critic is relaxed, and we go into a state of hypnosis without even realizing it several times a day. During hypnosis, we feel physically relaxed yet mentally alert, emotionally calm and serene. While in this wonderful state of relaxation, we also experience increased control, selective thinking, and hyper-suggestibility which is a heightened responsiveness to positive healing suggestions. The positive suggestions you hear and repeat out loud and the mental movies you envision are designed by both of us, together — you play an integral role in your hypnotherapy and healing.
Integral Hypnotherapy™ is the only hypnotherapy methodology that has been scientifically-validated by the National Institutes of Health (NIH). You can learn more about me here, but keep reading below to explore and learn more about hypnotherapy and its numerous benefits.
