The Art of Healing Isn't Hard to Master

Take it from someone who has used hypnosis to improve many aspects of life: making positive changes can be easier than you think. Hypnosis is a shift in perspective. It gives you access to your subconscious mind, where all the programming you’ve picked up since birth lives.

From a young age, we’re often taught that everything is hard… but change doesn’t have to be. Hypnosis happens naturally several times a day when daydreaming, reading, driving, or gaming. Hypnotherapy simply uses that natural state as a tool for self-improvement. It’s a rewiring process: transforming the negative, limiting beliefs you formed long ago (or heard from others) into beliefs that empower you. It’s about focusing on how you want to feel, and letting those positive shifts happen naturally.

I am transparent with my clients about my own experience: hypnosis has helped me overcome anxiousness, sadness, sleep issues, a fear of public speaking, and even a nicotine addiction. When you believe in yourself and feel good, you naturally make healthier choices that support your wellbeing. I’ve seen this transformation in both myself and many clients.

I practice Integral Hypnotherapy™ which is the only hypnotherapy methodology that has been scientifically-validated by the National Institutes of Health (NIH). You can learn more about me here, and keep reading below to discover the benefits hypnotherapy can bring to your life.

About Hypnotherapy

Hypnotherapy is an educational and self-improvement process that facilitates access to internal resources that help people solve problems, increase motivation, or alter behavioral patterns to create positive change. Co-therapists are fully aware of what is happening during a hypnotherapy session and are in complete control of their thoughts, actions, and what they choose to speak out loud. Despite what we’ve all seen on TV and during stage hypnosis shows, hypnotherapy isn’t about being made to bark like a dog for laughs. It’s about getting into a state of relaxation, setting goals, imagining helpful imagery, and repeating positive suggestions for change. Hypnotherapy is not about mind control or falling asleep — rather, it’s about waking up and taking control of your life. You are physically relaxed yet in a heightened state of awareness. Think about the last time you were driving somewhere, spaced out, and you snap out of it minutes later. That’s hypnosis, and it occurs naturally on a daily basis.

Co-therapists are clients, but you are so much more than that. You play an integral role in your hypnotherapy sessions by helping me create the positive suggestions and imagery related to achieving your goal. Most co-therapists achieve their goals in 3-8 sessions, and that happens when you commit yourself fully to our work together — and yes, it does include homework! Remember, hypnotherapy is an educational and self-improvement process. During our sessions, I will teach you to practice self-hypnosis so you can become the master of your own mind, so daily practice of hypnosis becomes your homework.

Send Your Stress Away

Stress is a normal part of life; it creates balance and harmony, but it can be difficult to navigate stress, or even just get through the day when we’re overwhelmed. Hypnotherapy can help you manage your stress, stay positive and present, and appreciate life living in the moment rather than dwelling on the past or anticipating the future. Hypnotherapy gives back what you’re willing to put in. When you’re willing to do the work, you will see positive results quickly. It’s time to choose yourself and experience the positive results in your life that you so deserve!
